• Personal Information: email address and date of birth (and name if provided) used to create/account features and personalize astrology readings.
• User Messages/Inputs: the content you submit in chats or questions, used to deliver readings and App functions.
• Analytics Data: device/session information and interactions (e.g., via Firebase/Analytics SDKs) to improve performance and user experience.
• Optional Information: feedback or inquiries you voluntarily provide.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide personalized readings and core App features.
• Communicate with you (support, updates).
• Improve the App’s functionality, content, and safety.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Legal Basis (where applicable)

We process data based on: (a) your consent; (b) performance of a contract (providing the service); (c) legitimate interests (improving the App); and (d) legal obligations.

4) Storage & Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact).

Guara is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
