Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Guara, an astrology and AI‑based guidance application operated by OCCC Trading PTE. LTD. (“we”, “our”, “us”), registered in Singapore. By downloading, accessing, or using Guara (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Guara. If you are under 16, you should only use the App with parental or guardian consent.

2) Use of the App

• Use Guara only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App or its content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information associated with your account and devices.

3) User Content

You may submit information (e.g., birth date, questions, messages). You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited, non‑exclusive license to process it solely to provide readings, insights, and App features. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4) Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, software, and trademarks within Guara are owned or licensed by OCCC Trading PTE. LTD. and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5) Disclaimer

Guara’s astrological readings and AI‑generated insights are provided for entertainment and self‑reflection only. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for personal, medical, legal, or financial decisions. Use the App at your own discretion and risk.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the App. We do not warrant the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or fully secure.

7) Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and handle personal data (including email, birth date, messages, and analytics).

8) Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here or on our official channels. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse services, or as required by law.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Singapore.
